Computer science (Coursework Sample) Content: System Analysis and Design Project Name Institution System Analysis and Design Project Introduction The main aim of this paper is to design the interface (main interface and information output) of the three subsystems of the Sirikwa hotel management. The subsystems are: 1 Reservation and Booking System 2 Tracking and Food Selling System 3 General Management Services The main interface and input output for the reservation and booking will require that the user records the customer reservations and bookings and then compute the output for the list of bookings and reservations for all the customers. The subsystem for the booking and reservation main interface design is shown in FIGURE 1 data flow diagram below (Dabbs, 2002). The second subsystem for the hotel management system is the tracking and food selling system. This requires the user to record and track the food type, the customer and the room number for a particular food sold or ordered by the customer. The system output should include all the report and total bills of the consumed food by the particular customer. A data flow diagram (FIGURE 2) shows the main interface and the input output interface design for this subsystem (Hennessy Patterson, 1998).
